Jake was a pleasure to work with in the search for our new home. He leveraged his network to get us in to see many properties for private showings and prior to an open house. We were able to find our dream home and could not have been happier with the experience from start to finish with Jake Guadagno and Jim Netter of Netter Realty.

I was impressed that Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my house in one month and also paid my attorney's fee, and his buyer paid the commission. Joseph Lombardo contacted me and said he could sell my house while I was still listed on Zillow as 'for sale by owner, and I wouldn't have to pay a commission. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell and save money!

Jill has excellent communication, organizational skills and collaborates with everyone who is involved in the property purchase. All aspects of the sale were seamless, and we were kept abreast of every detail and updated with the process of the sale. Jill responded quickly with answers to our questions no matter the time of day. Jill showed us numerous properties, in which we were able to take our time to view and gave us some insight on details we might have missed. I would absolutely recommend Jill to my friends and family!

I can not give enough praise to Tracy Sobel and Lisa Kennedy when it comes to selling your home! They both went above and beyond making this stressful process go as smoothly as can be! Tracy and Lisa responded to our emails and texts almost immediately. I cannot recommend a better team when it comes to choosing an agent to sell your home! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable! Cathleen DiPeri
