I just finished buying my first home with him, and thanks to his help, I was able to achieve it. There were some issues with the sellers, but he resolved all of them like the great professional he is. He always looks out for the best interest of his client and respects their decisions. I'm lucky just to know Dan. With Mr. Byrne representing us, we entered a bid on a real dream home. After a back and forth with the seller about us coming up to asking price (we could not), Dan stepped in and forfeited his own commission in order to make up the difference. You might want to read that again if you haven't already.
