Our experience with Nina

Nina is a very pleasant and friendly real estate agent. In her interactions with us, in-person, on the phone, by text and e-mail, she was always very professional, courteous, informative, and understanding. She has very good market knowledge of the local area (including similar condominiums and single family homes). Nina conducted research of units similar to ours and was able to recommend a logical price range. Nina's many years of experience as an agent blessed her with a strong sense and insight into what reasonable improvements would help attract buyers and materially increase selling price and those that would not. We were very pleased with our experience with Nina, including her friendly interactions, selling price and time.

Tanya is an understanding person regarding home purchasing and selling. The first time I met Tanya her approach was welcoming and I didn’t feel any form of discrimination. She explains everything properly and understands the market very well. I could depend on Tanya for anything that I wanted which would be beneficial to me financially.
