As a new and first time home buyer, I was very scared of making this commitment. I had heard horrors involved with the process but Fred and his team made this very easy. He explained everything clearly and helped me throughout the process. He and his team were efficient and timely! I closed in 4 weeks from time my offer was accepted!! Couldn’t ask for a better Agent and better experience. Thanks Fred for helping me find my new Home!

Russ did a tremendous job throughout the process of selling our home and his strategy of how to properly price our home led to multiple offers well above asking and we eventually accepted and offer above our initial hope when the process started. Russ made sure to get our listing out on Zillow and to hundred of agents in the area leading to over 50 private showings and open house group showings. This led to multiple quality offers. Russ made sure to properly vet the offers to make sure they were legitimate. Our home selling process was virtually stress free. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone looking to sell their home.

We are so lucky to have had Sharon to guide us through the process of purchasing our home. Sharon is extremely responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, patient, and phenomenally kind. Our journey was not without bumps but Sharon helped guide us and keep us (me) calm and optimistic the entire way. After 10 years in real estate in my former career, I can honestly say that I have never encountered an agent with Sharon's level of professionalism, savvy, and genuine care for her clients. We are truly grateful to her for her tireless work and for her friendship. There is no one better to shepherd buyers through the daunting process of finding and purchasing a home. Sharon is, without question, the BEST.
