James (Jim) is the best. Truly one of the best people, not just realtor, I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He goes out of his way to make this feel like a family buying experience, and I would highly recommend Jim and his Cow Harbor Realty company.

We are so lucky to have had Sharon to guide us through the process of purchasing our home. Sharon is extremely responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, patient, and phenomenally kind. Our journey was not without bumps but Sharon helped guide us and keep us (me) calm and optimistic the entire way. After 10 years in real estate in my former career, I can honestly say that I have never encountered an agent with Sharon's level of professionalism, savvy, and genuine care for her clients. We are truly grateful to her for her tireless work and for her friendship. There is no one better to shepherd buyers through the daunting process of finding and purchasing a home. Sharon is, without question, the BEST.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Nassau county.

Joyce Styne’s expertise and knowledge of the real estate market provided us with the best service a broker can give. While selling our home, she received epic results on the sale with excellent timing, professionalism, experience and class. If results are what counts, she is the best!
