Edwin Lee is so nice and patient to answer every question. He is so professional and always there to help when we met some difficulties.

I recently bought a property in Park Plaza, Rego Park with the help of my agent, Guan. He is very dedicated to his job, knowledgeable, and friendly. He guided me all throughout the process. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights. I will always receive a reply from him. I certainly recommend Guan to my family and friends if they need a real estate agent. I am 110% sure that he could help everyone who is looking for a house, condo or coop. Five stars is the highest, but I think he deserves more than five. What a great client-agent experience indeed!

I had an excellent experience working with Ryan. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable when dealing with the co-op, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain each step of the process clearly. His negotiating skills were outstanding, and he worked diligently to protect my interests while keeping the process moving forward. I also appreciated his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail throughout the entire transaction. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to their clients.
