Patty was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. I turned away a few offers, and on the other end were very selective in what we wanted to purchase. Patty never lost her patience or tried to talk me into anything I wanted. She even steered me away from something I would've bought, that we would've regretted.
