He was thorough in his research and guided me in pricing the property well so it sold without delay. I actually received multiple offers the first week the property was on the market. I was not ready to put the house on the market when I first started speaking with Martin. He regularly followed up with me, when he said he would for status updates. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me.
