Julia was professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring. My mom had passed away and I was the executor of the estate. Julia was there for every step. From listing the house, marketing the house to the closing. I highly recommend Julia for any Real Estate needs you have. Julia’s team is top notch also. Gregg Fresh Meadows N.Y.

I was impressed that Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my house in one month and also paid my attorney's fee, and his buyer paid the commission. Joseph Lombardo contacted me and said he could sell my house while I was still listed on Zillow as 'for sale by owner, and I wouldn't have to pay a commission. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell and save money!
