Stein was spot on in helping me price the house and was prescient in helping readjust the price when appropriate. He did regular showing and persisted without complaint until an appropriate buyer was found. He did not simply tell me what to ask but helped me make all major decisions and helped me clarify my goals. He was dependable and prompt and always reassuringly calm, and always supportive of my goals, helping me to understand the nature of the local market and motives of the prospective buyers. His presentations and prospectives of the property were polished and effective. He was also immediately available to provide me with information and explanation by phone, text, and email--and equally effective in getting all paper work to me efficiently. In my opinion, I could not have had a better agent.
