From making frequent visits to the house to make certain that all was in order, to arranging last minute inspections by plumbers, utility workers etc., and even arranging for and tossing out a mattress that was no longer needed, Joanna went the extra mile and was a calming and reassuring presence. Dolores always presented herself in a very professional manner. My house in Florida was sold immediately. We were without a place to live. Dolores worked non stop to get us situated.
