Alex was amazing. He was always available during the process to give advice. When we needed contractors Alex was able to provide contacts who gave excellent service. Due to his efforts we were able to get our asking price for the house.

I highly recommend Alex Baron. He was invaluable when we sold my mother’s house after her passing. He managed every detail and exceeded our expectations. He maintained regular communication and assisted with preparing the house for showings. He has a trusted network of professionals for every aspect of preparing a house for sale. Everyone I spoke with offered the highest praise for Alex. He negotiated an excellent price for the house. Do not hesitate to work with him.

Alex brought all the necessary resources together to best prepare our old house for sale. In a difficult market with high mortgage rates, he persevered, ultimately found a suitable buyer and negotiated the final sale to our satisfaction.
