I have worked with Annette more than once and she is an amazing agent! She is knowledgeable, persistent, and always has great advice. She cares about her clients, works hard keeping a watchful eye on volatile markets, and is constantly in communication. Highly recommend!!!

I recently bought a property in Park Plaza, Rego Park with the help of my agent, Guan. He is very dedicated to his job, knowledgeable, and friendly. He guided me all throughout the process. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights. I will always receive a reply from him. I certainly recommend Guan to my family and friends if they need a real estate agent. I am 110% sure that he could help everyone who is looking for a house, condo or coop. Five stars is the highest, but I think he deserves more than five. What a great client-agent experience indeed!

Thank you so much for all the help that was giving I enjoy talk and the view I love that it was good people around me so thank you so much for y’all help first and was good

He came in told us what need to be done on our end and he took it over from there and within the time frame he got it sold,. Mr Drakes you are our blessing, we thank you and we would recommend anyone who is in need of assistance to purchase or sell their home to you. Again thank you. Mr and Mrs. Williams
