Daniel was the perfect agent for the sale of my house

Daniel was the perfect agent for the sale of my house. I live out of state and was dealing with tenants renting month to month and one tenant undergoing the eviction process. Daniel was able to not only show my house to 21 qualified buyers and investors before getting me a favorable contract, he was also the crucial factor in getting my problem tenant to leave cordially and he smoothed out all other issues till closing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needed a stellar agent.
