He was dependable and prompt and always reassuringly calm, and always supportive of my goals, helping me to understand the nature of the local market and motives of the prospective buyers. His presentations and prospectives of the property were polished and effective. He was also immediately available to provide me with information and explanation by phone, text, and email--and equally effective in getting all paper work to me efficiently.
