He offered great advice on the negotiations and was always professional and respectful. Additionally, I feel Martin went above and beyond for me. I was selling my parents home, and did not live locally. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me. I feeel the whole process went smoothly, and believe I was able to get top dollar on the sale because of Martin's efforts. I would highly recommend him.
