We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.

Anne-Marie is knowledge as to value, availability and comps in the area. She also stays informed as to trends in the housing market in general. She is extremely helpful and supportive during the stressful time of selling one’s home. She is honest, trustworthy and sincerely cares about the needs of both her sellers and prospective buyers. She was my realtor when I bought my home 18 years ago and again when I sold it this week. In summary, she is truly a gem!!!
