I served as an attorney for an estate that owned one asset--34 acres of farmland of which about 16 acres were designated as wetland. Previous listings to sell this complex property with different realtors all proved unsuccessful. In spite of a good number of challenges, Joe Distelburger succeeded in finding an excellent purchaser. Joe Distelburger was recommended to us by other successful clients of his and he performed in a highly professional and successful manner helping us maneuver this land through the approval process as a 20 lot residential subdivision and then securing a first class, strong cash purchaser for the land when preliminary subdivision was secured. We recommend Joseph Distelburger highly and without reservation; he performed wonderfully with regard to the sale of a complex, challenging project.
