Her expertise in the housing market is very evident by her recommendations that proved to be very accurate. She made selling my property very easy and seamless and I couldn't thank her enough for being my trustworthy agent!

Melinda made the entire process of selling our home remarkably easy. She was enormously helpful and insightful in guiding us through the initial steps of listing our home (decluttering, staging, listing text, photos, etc), and determining a realistic listing price that made market sense and left us quite happy. She brought to bear her well vetted list of contacts that helped everything move along flawlessly. When some unexpected Buyer issues did arise, Melinda was the much needed cool head, strategic thinker, and thoughtful soul that not only got us through the moment of difficulty, but landed us on the other-side (with a new Buyer) in a much better place, in every regard.
