My situation was a little different in the fact that I live out of state. She went out of her way for me. Diana ended up representing me, the seller as well as the buyers. She kept the playing field fair and represented me well. Diana knew what my end was with the expenses and story and kept that in mind when negotiating my deal. She was and is very professional. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Michael Manzino! He was absolutely wonderful! I was a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had no idea what I was doing or where to even begin, but Michael was always kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He is honest and hands-on (he even went into creepy attics) and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was always there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions. He worked as hard as I did to find me the perfect home! Michael went above and beyond and I’m so grateful that he was my realtor and that I had the opportunity to work with someone as great as him! I can honestly say my expectations were surpassed and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone buying a home.
