Ralph was very proactive at setting up showings and was able to point things out about the homes that I would not have considered important. Everything that Ralph was involved in went very smoothly. He worked well with the seller's realtor, my bank, and my lawyer through the whole process. There are a lot of horror stories on the internet about home purchases gone wrong, but this was certainly not one of them. I always felt he was looking out for my best interest.

I was also convinced that I 'should' go with a broker who had sold the most homes similar to mine, but after meeting with Alex, I realized that her vision of who the buyers would be, and how to best stage the house to appeal to them was far more important. She included staging guidance and even did a ton of staging shopping (and subsequent returning) of details that supported the vision we wanted to create.
