We had our eye on a different place - which we eventually bought - and she was a helpful, teaching, caring person, who provided knowledge,expertise and guidance though the negotiation process, right up to closing. We don't have plans to sell - but when or if we do, I will have no hesitation in placing our home in Grace's hands.
