Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed.
