Para mi fue un gusto tener como agente a oscar velasquez su conocimiento y entrega para poder ayudarme a conseguir mi casa fue increíble el no se da por vencido lucha por tratar de encontrar la casa adecuada para uno el trata de ayudarle en lo más que el pueda y le brinda su conocimiento a uno para poder comprar la casa ideal al presupuesto y gusto de uno para mi opinión es excelente agente voy estar siempre agradecida con el por conseguí mi primer casa que Dios le mande muchos clientes más se lo merece por dar todo para ayudarlo a uno.

I recently had to sell my parents home as they had passed away. Martin was excellent to work with. He responded to messages and emails right away, answered questions and concerns knowledgeably. He was thorough in his research and guided me in pricing the property well so it sold without delay. I actually received multiple offers the first week the property was on the market. I was not ready to put the house on the market when I first started speaking with Martin. He regularly followed up with me, when he said he would for status updates. He offered great advice on the negotiations and was always professional and respectful. Additionally, I feel Martin went above and beyond for me. I was selling my parents home, and did not live locally. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me. I feeel the whole process went smoothly, and believe I was able to get top dollar on the sale because of Martin's efforts. I would highly recommend him.
