I love the way she worked with us. She answered every question we had and walked with through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable in her field and that’s very important. If I have to do it again I will definitely pick her. Specially because she is bilingual and when I didn’t understood something in English she explained it to me in Spanish. She is definitely a great worker in your team.

Barb has repeatedly proven herself to be everything anyone could possibly ask for in a realtor. She was tireless in helping us find the right home when we moved to Peekskill, consistently offering valuable advice on what to look for and what to avoid. Her knowledge of the market was incredible, and she never failed to impress us with her competence, her professionalism, and her compassion. When it came time for us to leave Peekskill a few years later, Barb was just as helpful in helping us sell that house and find our new home. Buying and selling real estate is never going to be painless, but working with Barb makes it as easy as it can possibly be. She is a truly amazing individual.

It took a year in very tough market and Federico and Rita stayed focused and encouraging. Even when my energy was waning they kept us moving forward. They knew when it was time to àdjust strategies and when to stay the course. The treatment I received was always respectful and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend Federico.
