Marcia helped us find our second home over the course of several years and then to sell our first home the very next week. She knew every property on the market and what was coming soon, had perfect timing as to when to list and when to make an offer, and alerted us to red flags without hesitation in properties that would have been a mistake to pursue. She was thorough and thoughtful about every property we saw, helped us increase our chances in ways we never thought of, and connected us with other incredible professionals to help in related fields. Although she was always working with other clients at the same time, we always had her full attention and her personal presence at every meeting (no matter how small).
