We met Grace when looking at a property which she was selling. It (the property) didn't meet our needs, but she(Grace) certainly did! We had our eye on a different place - which we eventually bought - and she was a helpful, teaching, caring person, who provided knowledge,expertise and guidance though the negotiation process, right up to closing.
