We love our new home and Shawn helped to make the process easy by providing recommendations on our lawyer, loan agents, inspector as well as local resources… also so grateful for his persistence to get into see the house which was still occupied and not available to be seen easily- which is probably why our gem house was even still available! Shawn was also always professional, friendly and I felt very comfortable his guidance and input was in earnest and based on vast experience. Definitely recommend Shawn as your realtor!

We met Grace when looking at a property which she was selling. It (the property) didn't meet our needs, but she(Grace) certainly did! We had our eye on a different place - which we eventually bought - and she was a helpful, teaching, caring person, who provided knowledge,expertise and guidance though the negotiation process, right up to closing.
