We thought we had a good product, but even in winter it was far more popular than any of us expected. We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services. She knows this area and will really help you out.

Amy is a wonderful realtor who took a sincere interest in our family and situation. Our house had an offer on the very first day it was on the market. She also remained flexible with an unpredictable moving schedule due to our being a military family.
