She was amazing and definitely knew exactly what she was talking about I felt very confident all bc of her, thank you so much

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Traci Byers. She helped me navigate the entire process of purchasing my home at 1138 Green Avenue, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better broker or advocate. From beginning to end, Traci was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. Buying a home, especially in New York, can be an overwhelming and emotional process, but Traci was a steady, reassuring presence throughout it all. She took the time to answer my many questions, explain things clearly, offer thoughtful and honest guidance, and make sure I always felt informed and comfortable with the decisions I was making. I never felt rushed or pressured. I always felt that Traci genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to navigate the complexities of the buying process were invaluable. I always knew that Traci was looking out for my best interests, and having someone I trusted so completely in my corner made all the difference. What makes the experience even more special is that Traci didn’t just help me buy a house. She helped me find a home that I absolutely love. Somewhere along the way, she also became more than my broker. She became a friend. I am incredibly grateful to Traci for her patience, expertise, kindness, and support throughout such an important milestone in my life. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly exceptional at what she does, and anyone would be lucky to have her representing them.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had in working with Brian Anthony Phillips of Elliman Real Estate to sell my condominium in Midtown Manhattan. I was referred to Brian from an agent that I know in south central Connecticut. She was able to connect me to Brian seamlessly through the CRS Referral Directory. From the first interaction with Brian all the way till we closed recently, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. At one point, there was an unexpected issue with the HVAC system that required a lot of back and forth to resolve. Brian was able to manage the corrective actions for the buyer and myself through this situation in a win-win way. I am happy for the new owner of my unit and hope that she has many great years there just like I did. I would highly recommend Brian as a buyer or seller agent for a NYC, Midtown property.
