I cannot say enough good things about Victoria Carter. Our house would not have sold if not for all that she did for us. She is very knowledgeable about all phases of the process - recommending a reasonably priced stager, encouraging us to price the house in a range that encouraged traffic, creating a beautiful marketing video, calling the couple who seemed to be interested to address their concerns, providing us with the names of reputable mold and asbestos remediation companies when both were discovered during the buyers' inspection, and helping us to get the oil tank removed when it was discovered under the driveway. She even showed up at the house to let workmen in when we were unable to be there. She has a lovely, professional manner and is a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use Victoria again if buying or selling.
