MaryJean was our listing agent for the recent sale of our home. We had used her services in the past and didn’t hesitate to call her again when we needed a hardworking, honest Relator.

Short version: Chrissy was instrumental to us purchasing a house in Garrison for >$1M, beating out two other offers that were higher than us by 5-10%. This is a true (if incredibly rare) story. After searching on the market with her for over 5 months (and experiencing many failed offers along the way), we finally landed our dream house. It was only through her professionalism, relationships with other realtors, and knowledge of the market that enabled us to land this house. She is incredibly personable, truly reliable, and the warmest of people who cared for us beyond a realtor/client relationship. We are so lucky to have worked with her and I would recommend her 100%. Longer version: As mentioned above, we had worked with Chrissy for over 5 months, looking all over Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester County for our perfect home. She would meet us every one or two weeks, always cheerful and offering professional advice re: the value of a house, and the strategy of putting in a bid. Despite these efforts (and due to these current extreme market conditions), we were not successful in getting a house. This changed in Dec 2023 when we saw our dream house. The price was over what we thought we could afford; but after one price cut, she encouraged us to put in a competitive offer. As mentioned above, there were two other bidders (who bid higher than us) who also competed with us. There is where Chrissy's savvy, relationship with the other brokers, and wisdom/experience came in. She recommended that I write the seller a note describing my attachment to the home. I wrote a personal and detailed note; and this elicited a strong and positive response from the seller, so much so that they took our offer over the other two bids (a true rarity these days-- this speaks to the rare values of the sellers as well). We are now very happily settling into our new home, with Chrissy as our neighbor and as a friend. This outcome would never have come about without her.
