My wife and I worked with Esther during the Spring of 2021 to sell our apartment in the Riverdale section of the Bronx and highly recommend her. She did her research on neighborhood comps and recommended a listing price we found fair, but also priced to allow for as much apartment viewing foot-traffic as possible (we bought a house and wanted to sell quickly). As she said, "I'll do whatever you'd like and can go higher, but think this listing price will get you offers." And she was right, within one week of listing she secured several offers, including at full asking price. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or rent we couldn't recommend Esther more. She's patient, knowledgeable, helpful, experienced, and truly wants the best for her client.
