Margie is the best! As first time home buyers in a competitive market the search was a daunting task. Margie made it all easy and helped us find our dream home. She was constantly on top of all of the details from beginning to end. We highly reccommend her.

5 stars aren't enough to properly rate how amazing our experience with Ligaya was. From the start of our house search through the negotiation and closing process, Ligaya negotiated the best possible deal for us and made everything as stress free as humanly possible when purchasing a home. On top of being a fantastic realtor, Ligaya is also a true friend who always goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. I recommend her highly and without reservation!

Couldn't have been happier with Phil and his service. He was knowledgable and patient throughout the process. He communicated well and educated us along the way as we found our first home. Phil is not only a broker, but someone we call a friend. You may have heard the 3 most important words in real estate are location, location, location. What you probably haven't heard is the 3 most important words in home buying are... Phil, Phil, Phil.
