Buying this home was my second home purchase in the U.S., and working with Helen made the entire process a great experience. From the moment I contacted her, she responded quickly and scheduled to show me the house right away. Even though I already knew several real estate agents, I chose to have Helen as my real estate agent because of her professionalism. Throughout the entire process from when i contacted her to closing Helen explained everything clearly. Although she was also the seller’s agent, her expertise and dedication made me feel like she was fully looking out for my best interests. Her knowledge, communication, and attention to detail made the everything smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable real estate agent. The next time I, my family, or my friends need a real estate agent, Helen will be our first choice.

We hired Gina and we knew she could sell our apartment. It took a while due to interference by some of the crazy rules enacted by the management company and a member of the Board of Directors who lives on premise. She is a wonderful person ..knowledgeable and professional as well! Yay! It was sold!

He was the best agent we could have asked for. We were stress free most of the time because he care of everything in the process. It wouldn’t have been this smooth if it wasn’t because of him.
