I am so fortunate to have been referred to William to help me sell my deceased sister's co-op. Living 3,000 miles away, I had to put my trust in someone and although I haven't had the opportunity to meet William in person, I always felt well taken care of from our first phone conversation. He found a buyer in no time, during the pandemic no less, and knew exactly how to work with the management company of the co-op, and navigate through all of their rules and regulations, not an easy task.
