Esperanza was our saving grace! We were coming off of a bad experience with a previous sale fallen through on our co-op, and she came in with the go-getter attitude that we desperately needed to find a new buyer and complete the process. We had many obstacles ahead of us since we were stuck with 2 mortgages, our co-op switched management companies, I was due to deliver a baby, and last but not least- COVID-19 struck. She was able to get us a buyer at asking price and jump through every hoop that we were delivered along the way, all-the-while keeping on top of every party involved to ensure the sale did not fall through. We are forever grateful for her hard work and would absolutely refer anyone to her if they are buying or selling.
