From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive — always quick to reply to messages, answer questions, and provide helpful guidance whenever I needed it. His knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying process was so impressive and made everything much easier to navigate. He made sure I understood every step and always gave honest advice, which made me feel confident in my decisions. It’s so hard to find trusty, always available real estate agent today, but if you are looking forward smooth and stress-free process- Bernie is the guy!! We met Grace when looking at a property which she was selling. It (the property) didn't meet our needs, but she(Grace) certainly did! We had our eye on a different place - which we eventually bought - and she was a helpful, teaching, caring person, who provided knowledge,expertise and guidance though the negotiation process, right up to closing. We don't have plans to sell - but when or if we do, I will have no hesitation in placing our home in Grace's hands.
