Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Michael Manzino! He was absolutely wonderful! I was a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had no idea what I was doing or where to even begin, but Michael was always kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He is honest and hands-on (he even went into creepy attics) and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was always there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions.
