Wow! I had an excellent experience working with Bernie when purchasing my house. From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive — always quick to reply to messages, answer questions, and provide helpful guidance whenever I needed it. His knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying process was so impressive and made everything much easier to navigate. He made sure I understood every step and always gave honest advice, which made me feel confident in my decisions. It’s so hard to find trusty, always available real estate agent today, but if you are looking forward smooth and stress-free process- Bernie is the guy!! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Michael Manzino! He was absolutely wonderful! I was a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had no idea what I was doing or where to even begin, but Michael was always kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He is honest and hands-on (he even went into creepy attics) and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was always there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions. He worked as hard as I did to find me the perfect home! Michael went above and beyond and I’m so grateful that he was my realtor and that I had the opportunity to work with someone as great as him!
