With all of the agents/brokers in my community George Wonica breaks the mold when it came to looking out for my interests as a seller. From the moment my father passed away to the closing George was always responsive and available and when some issues arose he handled them calmly and explained everything. George also went out of his way to be a mentor to my son, who dabbles in real estate part time. Anyone who doesn’t use George Wonica for their real estate needs does themselves a great disservice.

Teresa from the very start was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. She walked me thru the process as a new home owner. I dealt with another agent that she was pushy rude and I was over agents but when I met Teresa she had patience of an angel. She gave me great advice the whole process and was always honest and upfront. I can’t say enough about her. She came to the closing and was happier for us than people we know. She became a friend.
