I was selling my parents home, and did not live locally. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me. I feeel the whole process went smoothly, and believe I was able to get top dollar on the sale because of Martin's efforts. I would highly recommend him.

Ivona did a great job. I was living in another state, and she took care of everything. Anytime there was a problem, she found a solution. Also, unlike other brokers who let junior team members do important things like showings, Ivona does all of it herself so the quality is consistent and excellent.
