Jules brought in a skilled photographer, he and his team worked on great virtual staging photos to showcase our apartment online, which created much more traffic and brought in more buyers. We ended up getting into contract in the timeframe and at a price we expected. Throughout the past several months, amidst a pandemic, Jules has been there for us every step of the way. He has always answered every call and email. We truly felt like he was on our side when we felt like our own lawyers weren't. During this transaction, we have come to respect and appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, honesty and work ethic. we never felt that he was just trying to push us to accept initial offers and wrap up the deal quickly. He gave us his honest opinion when asked for and was a great at negotiating. Jules is an outstanding agent.
