Mrs. Shantelle Martinez was a pleasure to work with. She contacted us and sent pictures of new listings on the market on a frequent basis. I found Shantelle to be extremely knowable and professional about the housing market we were interested in. We were moving from out of town, so Shantelle was huge help, in setting up and scheduling showings for us to do when we came to town. Once we decided on a house, Shantelle was very professional and efficient in getting our offer submitted and following up with all the necessary paperwork, and inspections. I would highly recommend Shantelle as a realtor, I found her to be very professional, friendly, and efficient to work with. It was a pleasure to work with Shantelle, and feel she went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home.

Best Realtor I have ever had, and I have bought and sold many houses. From the second the home was listed she was on top of every detail from start to finish. If anyone is looking for a Top Notch Realtor that is honest and dependable Pat is your gal. What a wonderful experience! DeAnne
