I feel very lucky that when purchasing a new home in Albuquerque I had a realtor that was attentive to what I was looking for. Jake showed me any property I wanted to see. Drove from one side of town to the other. He found problems in some of the homes I would never have noticed because he had good knowledge of home construction. He was pleasant and polite at all times. With his help and knowledge, my husband and I have found our dream home here in Albuquerque. I am sure we will enjoy this home for many years. And he even gave us a very nice house warming gift. And least I forget, he provided me with a checklist of things I needed to do for the closing which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a home.
