Karen Dawson was a tremendous resource for my family in facilitating the sale of our family home. Before signing on with Karen, we had attempted to sell "by owner" and became very overwhelmed with the fast moving market conditions. Karen's knowledge of the housing market in our neighborhood helped us "net out" more than what we would have had we taken the FSBO route. Our situation was complex in that the home was owned by deceased family members. Karen's compassion and patience with our family situation helped us navigate all the extra steps required to complete the sale of this home. Karen's guidance during the "pre-listing" phase was invaluable. She connected us with the appropriate resources to be prepared for any possible questions from potential buyers. Karen's excellent advise positioned our home in the best possible light. Her listing produced several solid offers very quickly. Karen effectively guided us through the terms of each offer and helped us make a decision that was in the best interest of our family. Even the closing date was ahead of schedule. We are completely satisfied and thankful that we choose to work with Karen and recommend her highly. Thank you for the opportunity to write a review.
