Claudia did an exemplary job in the selling of our property. From the moment we retained her services she kept us informed of all the necessary steps to a successful preparation of viewing by realtors/ potential buyers, inspections and repairs needed to get VA approval of sale. Thanks to her experience in real estate we were able to sell our propertyfor a higher amount than anticipated. We would highly recommend Claudia Pineda in the sale or purchase of your home. It took a little over 2 months from listing to the closing of the sale. Awesome job Claudia !!!
