She did a great job helping us to navigate the process of locating a home that fit our requirements, putting together a competitive bid, and dealing with all the hurdles necessary to close on time (actually a little early). I felt like he was acting in our best interest as well as being practical and common sense about what we were trying to do. Other than a couple of hiccups with the title company that were outside of Bill's control, the whole process went very smoothly and as described.
