Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

Brenda is patient and kind. She knows when to forge ahead and when to back up. I will definitely work with Brenda again!

Torie was excellent!! I moved to another state and was selling my house from long distance. Torie took care of everything!!
