When my wife and I decided to downsize we did not know who to call, but fortunately we had really good neighbors who knew Joe and the rest is history. With our home selling much sooner than expected we found ourselves in pursuit of our next home--at first we were not sure what we wanted in a home but Joe was very patient and very helpful every step of the way! Now we are in a perfect size home in an ideal neighborhood. Hopefully we will never have to move again but if we do we will most certainly call Joe!
